Who Am I?

I genuinely love and care about people and their ability to create a life they can absolutely enjoy. Having worked with so many professionals corporately, I see the pain that a lack of LOVE in life can and has caused.

My personal mission statement is to help people show up fully and connect in relationships with God, self, and others so they can experience joy and fulfillment in life, in work, and in love. A part of that is helping people connect their gifts, skills, and purpose to the work they do day in and day out.

Work is such an incredibly significant part of our life, yet for so many of us, work is hard and leaves us feeling exhausted, physically, mentally, and spiritually. But what if you and your team really enjoyed the work and the work environment. Just imagining that, I bet your shoulders are relaxing and you are breathing more slowly. It doesn't have to be only in your imagination.

As one trained in several modalities for supporting individuals and teams, I am equipped to help people create a workplace where they can thrive and be highly productive. I know that work is not all of who we are, BUT without work, our health, our wealth and the ability to live a fulfilled life can’t be realized..

Carmen Caldwell is a force of nature. Her professional career spans from governmental agencies, and non profit organizations, to corporate training and implementations. She has a bachelors degree in Public Administration and is a fully trained in the Myers Briggs courses.

She is also a certified life and love coach, highly sought after professional speaker and trainer, and ordained minister. Her speaking topics include how to activate your love power in all relationships, living a fully fulfilled life through business, and integrating community into your work and life connections.
